At Paragon, family is everything. Your family, our family, we’re all family when we sit and eat together in our newly-renovated restaurant space. Paragon is built on the same principles of great service, exceptional food, and inviting ambiance that our founder, Louis Gerodemos, gave to his patrons in 1979.


Today, Paragon provides the same passion for fine food and service, but slightly reinvented for our modern clientele. Gerodemos owners James and Chris continue Louis’ beloved tradition, and mix in their modern touch for an unforgettable evening. We boast over 35 dedicated restaurant employees all working together to give you the best culinary experience at prices that will match your family’s budget.
